Litter Box Cleaning Service Policy By booking a litter box cleaning service with Cat Litter Cleanup, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Service Agreement Litter Usage: Your own litter will be used for refilling the cleaned litter box. Please ensure you have a sufficient supply available. Access to Litter Box: You agree to either place the litter box by the door for easy access or allow entry to the designated cleaning area. Waste Disposal: Used litter will be disposed of in your residential garbage bin. We do not remove waste off-site. Aggressive Pets: If your cat is aggressive or prone to escape, please place them in a separate area during the cleaning service to ensure safety. Health & Safety Policy Infectious Diseases: You confirm that your cat has not had any infectious diseases (e.g., upper respiratory infections, ringworm, parasites) within the last 30 days. Service Cancellation Due to Illness: If your pet has been diagnosed with an infectious disease, the service is subject to cancellation for health and safety reasons. Payment & Subscription Terms Automatic Payments: Your payment method on file will be automatically charged based on your selected service plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. By scheduling a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
